Wild Turkey with albinism

In the flock of Wild Turkeys I saw today (along Muddy Valley Rd.) there was this one showing a lot of white in its plumage. Is it partially albino or leucistic? Is it possible to determine that just by observing the bird from a distance? I don't know. Either way, it stands out in a crowd.

I have seen this flock of turkeys all over the hills between Muddy Valley Road and Highway 18. My first reaction upon seeing the white plumage was that there must be some domestic turkey genes present. Perhaps not, however, a biologist once told me that domestic turkeys are a threat to the wild turkeys because of introducing undesirable traits into the gene pool. - Bruce Harrison
