Birds along my way east
At this moment (September 9) I am about a little over half way through a driving trip from Oregon to Pennsylvania. I have chosen to stay off freeways as much as possible, and of course, to do as much birding along the way as I can. Here are a few shots of some things I've seen.
Sandhill Crane at Seney National Wildlife Refuge in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
White Pelicans somewhere in South Dakota
Trumpeter Swans also at Seney NWR.
