Solitary Sandpiper, take 2

I enjoyed this bird so much, I've decided to post a second photo of him.

This might be a Greater Yellowlegs?

No, this bird is only about 8 inches long, compared to 14 for the Yellowlegs, has much shorter legs, a much shorter bill, and different markings, such as lack of white line in front of and over the eye. No question about it being a Solitary.
