Nene, at Kilauea
Getting back to my conversation with Sarah about Hawaii... Last November I visited the Kilauea lighthouse on Kauai, and found a Nene grazing on the lawn. If I'm mistaken in thinking that this is the state bird, I hope Sarah will correct me.

dear floyed you were corect the state bird of hawaii is the the nene.I'v never seen the nene It iooks abit like the canadeian goose. yester day I saw a yellow and ornge Butterfly. The other day I said the beetle looks cute. I think I'v seen the beetle before somewhere.
